Las Vegas, NV (1/21/2006) Three months after claiming the UROC Supercrawl Cup, Team Lovell returned to the Las Vegas Convention Center to debut their 2006 Fabtech Ford Ranger. The new look was revealed at the Off-road Impact show in the Art Carr Performance Products booth. The team was invited to display their C-4 race transmission prepped by Art Carr. Completion of such a vehicle was no easy task and past successes have not caused the Lovells to loose focus. The whole team has been hard at work in four shops around Colorado Springs to make this project come together. “The last few months have been a challenge,” said co-owner Brad Lovell, “It is really hard to change and adapt as we grow. This project required a lot coordination and management, something that we are not used too.” This is also the highest profile build that the team has gone through. “Ford and Fabtech do not want to be involved with anything but the best” added co-owner Roger Lovell, “That put a bit of pressure on us but we were not going to let any of our sponsors down.” This meant that the team would accept nothing but the best parts and craftsmanship during the project. “I’ ll admit that a couple things got done twice, but what we have now is our best effort.” Discuss now in our forums: Lightening the Lightning Diesel Racing - Clash of the Titans America Loves Trucks: Like we didn't know that! 2004 Ford Explorer Flip Trac Hamilton Wins the Toyota Tundra 200 Hybrid News From Ford & GM New Doors Opening For Ford Ford to Cut 1,100 CAW Jobs, Eh!
