More in: Ford, Recall, Safety  The NHTSA is looking into 8 reports regarding the Ford F-150 where the airbag has deployed unnecessarily and may effect up to half a million trucks. Those effected in the accidents said the airbag deployed "during ignition or seconds after the engine had started". Ford is working closely with the NHTSA to fix the problem.
