PML introduces a sand-cast aluminum differential cover for Ford vehicles, such as the F-150s, Explorers and other SUVs. The differential cover comes with raised fins for cooling and a custom appearance. The PML differential cover has an increased lubricant capacity of 0.6 quarts over stock, which provides for lower oil temperatures. Heat causes oil to break down, which results in added wear on the gears and bearings in the differential. The extra capacity and reduced temperatures are especially helpful for high-performance applications and harsh towing conditions. The stiff aluminum design adds increased torsional strength to the differential housing, too.

PML differential covers feature:

- Strong sand-cast 356-T6 aluminum construction
- .160-inch-thick walls
- Precision-machined .350-inch-thick gasket flange to provide uniform clamping force on the gasket, so it's much less prone to leak than stock covers, which are typically made of .035-inch stamped steel
- Magnetic drain plug for easy oil changes without the mess of removing the whole cover, as is required with stock parts.

These differential covers are available in several finishes: as-cast aluminum, black powdercoating or high-gloss polish.
