ATK Vehicle manufactured by Lanard Toys Inc.? If you did, you now have a collectors item in your toy box. According to The Detroit News, General Motors and AM General have won a lawsuit against the toymaker that has been going on for four years now, to keep a knock-off Hummer off the shelves of K-Mart and other retailers. ![]() "Following a three-day trial in March, a jury ordered Lanard Toys to pay $1.3 million because the company 'used the trademark intentionally knowing that it was an infringement.' During the trial, Lanard's chief designer said in a video deposition that he had copied aspects of the Hummer. In one model sold previously at Kmart, the box identified the product as a 'Corps Hummer.' Toys 'R Us advertised it as a 'Humvee.'"
