In an article by Yahoo Finance, General Motors have announced an increase in cash rebates on some of their sport utility vehicles and pickup trucks, with some discounts being as great as $6,000 off MSRP. Currently, $4,000 dollars cash back is being offered on the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban SUV's and up to $3,000 cash back on the Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. The new discounts from General Motors is a reaction to Ford's decision earlier this month to offer employee pricing rebates on their full size F-Series pickup trucks.
