According to Chrysler Weblog, Chrysler LLC will no longer be unveiling their new models in large scale, "theatrical" events that have gained so much attention in the past, such as the stampede of steers that raided Detroit in January. The reason is for cutting costs and shining "spotlight on more of its vehicles than pyrotechnics" said Robert Nardelli, Chief Executive. The cost cuts are part of a company plan for more "straight forward" introductions of vehicles, leading to a "shift in thinking".
