The "BFT" team, seeks out individuals that are violating their code of conduct, and in this episode, CASE #235- MANICURE VIOLATION IN PROGRESS, the "BFT" team hunts down an F-150 owner who is getting a manicure, which clearly violates their code of conduct and rule number nine- No Manicures.
