According to Autoweek, Chrysler LLC has plans to debut their hybrid option for the Dodge Ram pickup truck in 2010. "The hybrid version of its high-volume hauler is part of the automaker’s plans to reshape its product portfolio in the coming years", stated Frank Klegon, Chrysler's Executive Vice President of Product Development. Klegon also announced today that Chrysler will be expanding their new UConnect system, which is a copy of Ford's SYNC system, that allows users to dial hands free using voice activated software and Bluetooth technology. No further details have been announced as of yet about the new 2010 hybrid powertrain.
