Feds Urge Dodge to Recall 600K Trucks

Last Thursday federal safety regulators demanded that DiamlerChrysler, one of the largest auto manufacturers world wide, recall up to 600,000 of their 4x4 Dodge trucks citing problems that could lead to front-end ball joint failure and possible loss of vehicle control.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recommended a recall that covers all Durangos and Dakotas built from 2000-2003 which totals roughly 600,000 vehicles.
