Mark the holes with a center punch, and start with a 1/8” drill bit. Then work your way up to a 3/16” drill bit. Starting with a smaller bit prevents the drill from walking from off the marked hole.
Here is the hole orientation for the clutch pedal. Due to the location of how the pedals are welded to the pedal arm, this is the only way to orientate the mounting holes. The brake pedal will be a mirror image.
After drilling the two holes, it’s time install the pedals. Here is a profile shot of the pedal with the hardware oriented for assembly.
