Center Link and Idler Arm Assembly

To correct the steering angle, Rize developed their own steering setup which is composed of a center link and idler arm. This assembly reinforces and lowers the upper mounting point of the drag link. It works by effectively reducing the draglink operating angles while minimizing the additional stress that is placed on the sector shaft of the steering box. The combination of the center link and idler arm set up, along with the trac bar drop bracket and axle mount, ensures proper steering geometry and safety at the new found altitude.

Quad Links

To Rize quad links replace the factory radius arms and solves the problem of excessive Castor and pinion angle change throughout the suspension cycle, that is inherent in the stock three link system. It provides increased wheel travel and exceeds all manufacturer specifications for use. The reinforced boxed links travel freely throughout the suspension cycle without binding of any sort, even when the axle was dropped far past the limiting straps. The quad link system also allows for the user to accurately dial in desired Castor settings during alignment for proper handling characteristics.

Sway Bar Relocation Brackets

To compensate for the increased distance between the frame and axle of the truck, Rize includes a sway bar relocation bracket and extended sway bar end links which enables the use of the factory sway bar, preventing excessive body roll during cornering and other high speed maneuvers.

Rear 8" Deaver Springs

For the rear suspension leaf set up, Rize recommends adding Deaver Springs which add for a combination of height and ride quality. Each leaf pack can be custom built to spec, for each customer.
