Use extreme caution with this step, and if you are unsure on how to procede - ask a qualified technician for help. First, you need to chock your front wheels so the truck will not roll and then place your jack under the rear of your vehicle and jack it up until the rear tires are off the ground. Place your jack stands under the frame rails just forward of your rear tires and lower the jack so your frame is on the jack stands. This will keep the weight off the leaf springs and make it possible to move onto the next step. ![]() ft-lbs. Locate the passenger side over-axle pipe and slide a 2 1/2" TORCA clamp over the expanded end of the pipe. Position the pipe over the axle housing and slide expanded end onto the UPPER outlet of the Y-pipe and snug fit clamp. Locate the driver's side over axle pipe and position pipe over the axle housing. Slide a 2 1/2" TORCA clamp over the expanded end of the pipe and install pipe onto the lower outlet of the Y-pipe and snug fit the clamp. Locate the exhaust tip assemblies (our kit features dual 4" tips) and slide a clamp over expanded end of assembly, snug fit the clamps on each assembly.
