In this case, designer Jay Baldwin came up with a new idea for a truck camper that is easier to haul than a trailer, sturdier than a truck tent, and more compact than a slide-on trailer. The "Quickup Camper" is only 800 lbs, opens in 30 seconds, and provides an 8x8 room with 6'4" worth of headroom. It features a kitchen, a dinette, a double bed, and plenty of storage.
