well the corpus heatwave was this past weekend.. didnt see anyone I know well, except for people working vendors booths.. like my friends from Audio FX of Austin, who Ive been friends with for like 15 years.. but they had to work most of the show.. at the Soundstream booth..
I think in the next couple of days I'll put the few pics I took up here in my gallery.. I didnt take that many pics, most of the vehicles I have seen before, like at the Austin Heatwave and other events.. but I have like maybe 3 dozen ya'll might like...
I'll be putting a few videos on my youtube page.. ya'll will of course appreciate the bikini contest and the one of the girls on stage that would give away stuff.. that had different girls at different times..
the hydraulic competition was on the small size..
they had this one dude with these attachments hooked into his back, and they tied cables to them.. to a dually.. and he pulled the dually with them.. I got that on video.. its a stunt ya'll will be suprised to actually see..
I really wish more people I know were there... at times I got to missing Susana, since I took her there before.. (I dont think I posted on this site that she told me she got married after the fact, and this was like 6 weeks after the was supposedly considering getting an apartment with me) I dont think she really got married, but the fact that she told me that I hadnt spoken to her since, but this weekend I broke down and sent her a text message.. no reply..
anyways.. Mud was suppose to go with me, but had to back out with a really good reason.. so I went solo..
Id go next year
oh and I got a 3rd place trophy in my class.. I had cleaned my truck a lot.. next time I just hope it wont be so dirty to begin with..

| hell yeah its been forever..
my pics from the corpus christi show are finally up.. 63 in all..
I was afraid I was gonna run out of my alloted volume for uploads, but its just fine.. geesh duke gives the paid members lots of space..
I only have one pic where the girl is the focus of the pic. She was a nice one who was among a handful that were walking around with these shirts that were promoting a barbershop/salon there in Corpus.. yeah with her shape its kinda hard to read her shirt.. hahaha.. but she was friendly with me a few times, and even offered to help when she saw me standing on one of those foldup chairs, trying to fix something in my engine bay.. I think she was prettier than the other girls with those shirts on, but maybe she was just taller and more blessed.. its kinda hard to tell since my truck is so much taller now, but she must of been around 5'11"
anyways, thats 63 pics and there were over 300 show vehicles there.. many of the vehicles Ive just taken pics of too many times over the years.. I actually took closer to 100 pics..
yes there were plenty of hotties... they will be in the videos I need to get to eventually.. | |
