Oh I know that. I was trying to say he did work. Hell I'm military/state and I sit on my ass all day long, work six days in two weeks and I make 36K a year.

Rear bumper is painted and the rest of the silver is chrome. He was adding on the front fender chrome in the parking lot. Sorry for the crappy picture I was far away and using my cell phone
