I saw it for as high as $5.15 this weekend. It'd be comical if it weren't so sad.

Check out the latest parts and accessories from Truck Hownd

Im considering sellin my truck. Diesel is just way to expensive. And @ like 14mpg, not worth it. The only reason I still have it is because its paid off and dont drive it much at all. But if convince the wife to let me get a motorcycle, the truck may go bye bye. Hello bike and Yaris!!

Im lucky that I am retired and don't have a mandatory distance to drive to work every day.

So it looks like I will keep both trucks.

I should think about taking a trip very soon before gas does hit 6.00 a gallon.

I dont know what people are doing in Europe where they also pay extra for health insurance.

I think Germany is 9 Dollars now.

I'm not retired, but I do have the luxury of being able to work from home. My truck sits around most of the time. It only gets used when something needs to be hauled around.

We did take the truck on our recent trip to NC. Fill-ups averaged about $75.00 a pop. The price has gone up quite a bit since then and it's only been week!

The Wife drives her Mustang to work. At least she is getting around 21-22 mpg with it. It still hurts every time it has to be filled up.

JD heck you could walk to work. I walk 5 miles a day with my dogs and it keeps you in great shape. Us old guys have to watch that sort of thing.

I'm screwed...all I have is 2 diesel trucks. Fortunately I'm only about a 12,000 mile a year driver. All my miles are local..mostly work. Still though it would be nice to see this insanity end. Maybe the powers that seem to be in control will consider piping in some of that 200 year supply of oil sitting under Alaska and end this BS.
