I will keep this as a running post that maybe we can use to keep a list of shows in Texas. Add them below as you find them and I will post them here and maybe we can schedule a few together to meet at.
Who can point me to a list of shows this year? I'll dig also and post back if I find any.

| how many shows and events do you want listed.. and do you want websites too?
Ive been going somewhere almost every weekend..
next weekend is the Dallas 4wheelparts sponsored event.. its NOT at a 4wheelparts.. but go to 4wheelparts.com and there is a link for the event.. I was originally going to the 4th annual tough country conference which I know you know about already.. but Ive made a choice
May 23-25 is the SanAntonio Heat Wave.. not sure where Im staying yet.. Heatwaveinc.com
actually Im going to a few of the Heat Wave shows, including showdown
there are always lots of events going on.. in the centex area.. I have 3 sponsers and Im trying to get more.. so Ive decided its a good investment to go to lots of shows and events..
of course you have dozens of choices on Memorial Day weekend.. just about every offroad park in texas seems to be holding some kind of package weekend event.. just keep them other 4x4s away from the heatwave so I can get a trophy!.. hehehe

| Thanks guys. I found a good link I listed also. I was looking more towards the small local shows around Houston type of thing. Like what Hooters used to do, Ryan. But they quit two years ago.
Kevin, It would be cool to attend another show with you guys. But Va may be a little far for the weekend. I may be able to make GA in June or July though. Can you find one there?
TA
I updated my original post above and will continue to do so as we find more shows.

| at the Mean Streets show I got flyers for about 6 or so shows.. which arent on the list.. I'll get them together and post about them, when I get them out of my truck..
I know of a few fathers day shows coming up.. I need to ask my dad about one of them.. its an offroading event.. I cant afford to pay for it.. but if he will pay.. I will take him.. its only around 100 bux for the event, but then there is motel/hotel etc.. they have different levels of trails.. I'd more then likely just do the scenic one so he wont think Im trying to mess up my truck.. but Id also watch people do the hard core trails..
I'll copy some of the info here, off the flyer in my lap
Stillwater Ranch - Fathers Day Weekend Run An All Vehicle Event in Llano Tx June 12 = 14th 2008 Sponsored by Austin Jeep Exclusives Oxford Ranch Campground 11380 S. SH 16 Llano, Tx 78643 3000+ acres 110 per vehicle driver and 25 per passenger (includes friday night meal ticket) Raffle prizes and Silent Auction include donations from major vendors For questions contact: President: Ray Karrick (Work M-F 512 326 3555) Activity Director: Chuck Reburn (Home 512 301 3779) To register, download and mail in a registration form from www.AustinJeepExclusive.org
I repeat, I can only go if my dad will pay, which is kinda messed up.. but Im broke.. or atleast saving up for getting the rest of my truck sprayed..
