Im thinking about buying a digital SLR camera. Any recommendations? Where to buy?

The canon T1i or the xsi looks like a good deal any input would be great, Im a newb to this

Looks on craigslist for a good local used Canon EOS40D or 50D. Don't start with anything less, like the xti you mentioned. Get a good quality body and then build up some lenses over time, otherwise you'll end up regretting it later when you realize that the lower end cameras are decent, but a bit too limited.
