I would say, how much money do you want to spend?
The most "cost effective" solution (without destroying your transmission) would be to get an Edge Juice with Attitude. It incoporates electronic power mods (fueling, injector duty cycle, timing etc).

what if anything would you reccommend for intakes/exhaust upgrades? Un fortunately any upgrades will have to wait till I sell my 00 Scab F150 but I"m making my list and trying to get the homework done now. LOL

I would look into a custom burnt chip and atleast hacking the muffler off. Most importantly getting some gauges in that thing. Atleast a pyrometer, and a trans temp gauge.

Whatever is cheapest really. They are all about the same. I would get an oiled filter (dry filters are worthless).

Well, that's what the Edge Juice w/Attitude does...for his power level needs, it does not yet warrant a custom burnt chip....custom=$$$$.
Unless you have dual HPOPs, huge injectors, monster turbo....it's not worth it.
