I am just trying to figure out what the best stations on XM and Sirius are. I am a big comedy and sports fan but haven't found one I can stick to for a full day. Any one have any suggestions for comedy, sports, or just good radio?

I know when I had Sirius about 6 Years ago.
I would mostly listen to the oldies from the 50's, 60's and 70's.
Backspin old school RAP.. When you could understand what they were saying.
All the country stations.
Some comendy, of course the one with the bad words.

I know there were acouple others but can't think of them right now.

Rawdog is pretty good for comedy. The Virus plays Opie and Anthony in the morning, Ron and Fez middays, and I love them both.

Another one I really like is XM Radio Classics. I don't know if they're on Sirius or not, but they play old radio shows from the 1930s-50s. It's pretty interesting.

For music I like Lithium, Octane, Alt Nation, Classic Vinyl, The Roadhouse, that sort of thing.

Die Spammer Die! IS my favorite station. It's all day non stop programming of nothing but idiot Spammers talking to each other and sharing tactics. Channel 6969.

LOL I listen to Classic Radio 164. They play all the old radio shows I heard in the 40s and 50s. Makes driving long distances shorter.

They have Boston Blackie, Inter sanctum, Johnny Dollar, The Shadow and comedy shows like Edgar Burgan and Charlie Mc Carthy, Red Skelton, Jack Benny etc etc.
