I voted for the "Old Barn".

That was exactly what I was trying to get a picture of. Couldn't get a single shot to come out the way I wanted.

You could always lay claim to it. No body'd ever know - right?

I want to tell you all a bit about my entry for this challenge. That picture was taken in the mid-to-late 50's (can anyone ID the year of the car?). I think the picture was taken in New York or Pennsylvania when dad was home on leave. More than likely it was taken by his sister 'Kate'.

The picture was one I always liked. It was a Kodachrome slide that was part of occasional home slide shows that we used to sit down to watch from time to time. When the collection of slides was handed down to me I scanned this one and then spent literally hours to clean up the image. It was in such horrible condition; scratched, faded and generally a really crappy image. I'm very happy with how it turned out. I now have an 8x10 printed copy framed and hanging on the wall at home.

Thanks to all of you who voted for it. Mom's gonna cry when she learns of this...
