I don't know about you guys, but it looks to me like my wheel is rubbing on my front suspension components! This is my left front. Stock wheels and tires. Anyone else seeing any wear like this?

First picture looks like the rim might be coming in contact with the brake caliper. These are stock rims you say, usually aftermarket rims may need a spacer between the disc brake rotor and rim for the offset. Also check to make sure the caliper mounting bolts are tight. Second picture is the tire rubbing against the anti-sway bar. How is the other side? Looks like the steering is oversteering or tires are too wide. I'm not sure if there is an adjustment to limit the oversteer on a rack & pinion system. Have a reputable tire/alignment shop check it out. Let us know what you find.

What i find odd is that it seems to have only hit in one place on the rim. You would think that the mark would be all the way around the rim. Have you hit any curbs or and large pot hole that could have possibly bent the rim in that area where it is hitting?
Also i would check all bushing and ball joints and tie rod ends and make sure none have excessive play and are not worn out.

That steering rack setup looks similar to a '87-'95 Mustang setup. If so, it's possible to get rubbing in all sorts of places, especially if the truck (or car) is lowered/overloaded. Did you tow anything with a weight distributing hitch that would have pulled the front end down lower than usual?
The steering is limited using little plastic clips on the steering rack underneath the rubber bellows. The clips only cost a couple of bucks. It's possible that yours have broken or slipped off. You can always get more or add a 2nd set.

Vehicle has never towed anything, is stock height. I'm going to have to climb under and see what's going on.
