| | The dash panel should be the same. The AC controls mount to the inside of the dash panel, not on the outer... | |

| | See these controls are attached to that piece. It was a base model truck. I wish I could have found one with digital controls that way my old controls would work. I checked with ford and the only control that is not the same is the blower control. I have been getting bad news all over that this piece won't fit. I might buy all the parts I can from it just in case and buy the little pieces a bit at a time. So if I have to do like VPOs buddy I can swap the whole dash out. |

| | Well if you do this without changing out the entire dash keep us posted with pics and info, because I'd like to swap out my plastic dash piece for an 05-07 one. | |

| Well update. I grabbed the whole dash for 350 bucks.
And yesterday I tried my hand at smoothing and painting. I will say I will not smooth the dash by hand. It took two hours that way. The red is darker. I was using my camera on the phone to take pictures so it distorted the color.

I need a few more parts to make this work. To include the heat/ac ducting because they changed the location and shape of the the ducts. I think that donor truck has it so I will have to find time to get it out. But not for a bit. Need more money. | |

| Started to paint the dash today. Sanded and smoothed that dash the other day. Taping that thing off was a pain.

| | I need to buy the ducting for the HVAC and get a headlight switch, powerport pannel and a new 4x4 switch pannel. that costs money that I dont have, plus i need to do a little finish work on the main dash to fix a scratch here and there. | |
