I'm going to be majorly busy this month between flying to 3 different shows so I'm consolidating the 4 contests we'd normally hold into this one contest. So with that said...

Welcome to the Monthly Adam's Premium Car Care Products photo contest! Each month a new winner will be selected by you, the car care enthusiast!

Each user is allowed to post 2 photos of their freshly detailed vehicle. The photos must include an Adam's product somewhere physically in the photo to be eligible. If you don't have a product, contact us and order some!

This month's winner will receive an Adam's Polishes $60 gift card!

Starting each month a new contest will be started and submissions will go till 3-4 days before the end of the month. Winners will be voted on over that time period.

Let the games begin!!

Simply post up in this thread below!

An excellent prize for this contest.

I'm thinking that a monthly contest may be the better way to go. It should give more people the time to come up with an entry. We shall see.

If it stops raining around here long enough, I may be able to get the truck cleaned up so I can take a picture or ten.

Looks like it won't be today though:

I just picked up the shiney paint box kit at the All truck nationals. The only problem is they did not have the dvd or the instructions. What are the steps? In the kit is these products,
Buttery Wax
Revive Polish
Swirl & Haze Remover
Detail Spray
What goes on first after I wash the truck and maybe claybar it again to give it a fresh start.

You'll want to clay bar it first so any crap stuck in the paint doesn't get rubbed in further while polishing.

Swirl remover first because it's a mild abrasive. If you're not using a machine, use a 5 gallon bucket of elbow grease and an applicator pad to rub it in. You'll need to do a few passes.

Then do the same with the revive, it's not abrasive, so it's relying on just the rubbing of the pad to further smooth the paint. Use a different pad.

Then goes the wax, same thing, but only one pass necessary unless you're doing a second coat.

You sure? I could'a sworn it was their "Giganto Budget Size" sitting on the roof of that truck. Wow - whoda thunk it...
