On my daughter's Mustang shae has a set of clear coat polish aluminum wheels. Over time they seem to be getting a dull almost whitish haze over them, is there a product or process to restore the shine to these wheels?

Since they're painted with clearcoat, try treating them like paint. Use a clay bar or some swirl & haze remover on a power ball.
