Its been a while in development and now, not only does OneUpOffroad offer a cure for the SuperDuty rear lift and traction problem but now they offer it for the 04-C F-150. Before the only options for lift was to run a block and/*or* an Add-A-Leaf *or* a new spring pack and still they have severe axle wrap and both of which kills the great ride of these trucks.
With this system, you don''t need to run any stiff Add-A-Leaf''s, unstable blocks *or* a stiff spring packs. This system is extremely beefy and you''ll keep your stock rear ride with still achieving your lift.
The system we are installing this week is for a F-150 with an 8" lift, and I''ll post some pics of the install later. If you want more info, shoot me an email.

Mort Apples & Oranges How much is a stock tire compared to a Toyo MT?
The add-a-leaf and block combo rides horrible because it jacks the spring rate too the moon to control axle wrap.. Then the block adds the leverage so still have the axle wrap that you tried to get rid of with the add a leaf. But hey, they are low cost.
This system keeps the stock spring rate & ride and controls the axle wrap.

I don't necessarily consider it apples and oranges. Both systems make the truck sit 8 inches higher than it did before.
My thing is that some people don't mind a truck riding like a tank if it looks the way they want it. I've been in the automotive aftermarket for a while, from the nice high end stuff to the weekenders that weld on their daily-driver 86 Toyota 4x4. And to those kind of people, a lift kit can't equal a monthly salary.
I'm not bashing on your product, I'm sure if Diablo endorses it, it must be top quality. I was just curious.

Ya, I understand what your saying Mort, but while both tires will get you down the road, only one will out preform the other. thats the same idea with OUO products. They are THE high-end of suspension/truck products but in the long run you pay for what you get. In a lot of cases, OUO products arnt really that much more then the "off the shelf" stuff, I personally think its worth waiting a little longer to save a little more. Their stuff is built to the highest quality with absolutely NO short cuts and works.

Mort - dood...I'm a little disappointed. Seriously?
Yeah, you can poke at it, and you know what each component does - add a leave and blocks. And you know what the reprecussions are of installing either one.
The traction blocks will give you the original ride quality AND control axle wrap. I mean, another way around it is to get big blocks, weld on traction bars - and have a cluster FCK of SHT hanging out down there. Why not go with an elegant and simple solution that works?
Remember, quality is NOT cheap. And cheap is not good quality.

That's all I wanted to know. I didn't mean to imply that it was overpriced or anything like that. And I do know that its a superior product, nobody is debating that. I was just curious about the price range.

The OUO F-150 system is on, what a difference in ride and strength. Also OUO's new 2.0 shock was installed. The system fit like a glove with no problems at all. Its nice to have the ride back and knowing there's no axle wrap like the old set up is very nice.
Ya Jay, it uses 3/4" Ubolts just like the Superduty's and Dodge's.

AA AH, their cut off now, I was running out of time, had to go to Germany but I cut them off right before I left. Ya, what a bad ass system, OUO is definitely on top of their game.
