Episode #3 is up!

http://www.truckblog.com/video/TBTV003

or just go to www.Truckblog.TV

We filmed it last weekend and as our 3rd video, it went a lot smoother. We still had some lighting issues, but they were far fewer than before thanks to some additional lighting that Mike sent us.

The installation is of a T-Rex grille on a 2005 F-150 -- it's a great product, easy to install, and looks better than I expected. Very clean look!

Let us know what you think!

Nice job! After watching the bloopers at the end I'm pretty sure I could smell the ham cooking!

Looked pretty good. As you say light issues are still there.

Too bad you couldnt take Truckblog TV on the road as the install of my hard tonneau and bed rug yesterday was really interesting and it only took about an hour to remove the old Naugahyde one and put in the hard tonneau.

Nice job guys! Very informative and entertaining. The bloopers cracked me up too - the shot staring up Jason's nose was hot!

The only thing I thought needed improvement was the heavy breathing in the background lol

LOL Thanks everyone... hopefully at some point we can start doing the show at remote locations. Right now it's difficult to do that due to work, so we're pretty much limited to Saturdays.

Love it!

You guys are both getting more comfortable which is key. In due time you will be true pro's at the video end.

I love how little Frozie had to get his hand behind the bumper to tighten the bolts. I had the same problem when I did my lower grille - pisser is I can't find the pictures for my install article. I forgot what folder I put them in.

I love how I was the only one who picked up their phone at the end.

Nice job!

You should lose Jason though, he's holding you back.

BTW- What did they want you to spray paint?

That bumper was a bitch to get around. Even my hand barely fit in there.

We're definitely getting used to the cameras and the takes are getting quicker. Down from 20 to 9.

That's why you need me! Small hands

I also concur... Denny never answers his phone. If he does he makes up some lame excuse about being on the phone with Chris. Gosh

Good job boys. Yes the lighting seems to be an issue. But it really wasn't that bad this time around.

Getting better. But yeah the lighting is still a work in progress. It looked like you may have uppped the brightness levels in post processing on a few shots. That noticeable jump from light to dark was a little too noticeable.

Jason definately has a face made to be behind the camera.

I still think you should lose the gloves or maybe get a pink pair that has Nancyboy written on them and then we would understand.

One other thing that would be helpful and I think may have been done in episode one. Show the tools required at the first of the episode.

Maybe you could also come up with a guide graphic that shows the skill level and estimated time for the project. "The Truckblog-O-Meter says this project is a skill level of 2 'trucks' and will take approximately 45 minutes." Make a guide with 1 truck for Novice up to 5 trucks for Expert Something along those lines. You guys are creative you can find a name for it.

And you seem to have lost the transitions with sound effects. I liked those.

Keep up the good work.
