I can't figure out what's wrong with my truck.

Sometimes if I'm sitting at a red light or pulling away from a dock the thing has NO POWER. When I go to accelerate weather I floor it or ease into it it just barely rolls and after about 20-30 seconds if finally start to get moving like it's lacking fuel flow.

I've got no engine light, just did an oil/filter change and fuel filter change. Also last month it got the turbo replaced. It's only got 27k miles on it and has been doing this since about 22k miles even before all this stuff got changed/replaced.

Once I get going though it runs great.

It's got an international engine that I'm being told it is pretty similar to the Ford 6.0L and shares a lot of the parts.

Can you post a picture of the engine? I'm willing to bet it is a 6.0L, and your dealer was trying not to scare you out of buying it. The 6.0L is an International engine, and is available on their CXT pickups and medium duty trucks, as well as the Fords.

While that piece of information helps you in no way, maybe its a throttle position sensor. Or something else. I dunno. Warranty.

Trucks out working right now. But it was a special order since normally it would have came with a Cummins. It's got International tags all over it.

My father in law was the manager at the Ford dealer I got it from so no shadyness would have gone on....

I'll take pics again later, I had them on FTW.

I just can't afford the down time for the warranty work. The turbo getting replaced killed me for a week already.

No black smoke. It sits no more then 2 days a week. Usually only get's 1 day off.

Turbo was replaced because the bearings were bad, was told it was because the truck sat on the lot for over a year without being moved the bearings rusted.

It's a '06 I'm not sure of the engine model and the truck is out and about right now so I can't snap a pic of the engine tags.

I imagine the dealer would have checked it when I had the turbo problems but I'll check it out later...I never thought to check.
