Lets see. You are cutting out the front of your bumper. Well based on the fact that you posted in the Racing forum, I would say you are adding a front wing to create downforce so that you can enter the Grand Prix when it comes to town.

Now if you had posted this in the Pulling forum I would have guessed that you were adding a weight system to the front for future pulls.

But since you didn't, I have to go with my first guess.
