Im taking my Korean Grand Children back to their parents. They had to come to L.A. to take a test for school as they are home schooled. This is one of those check up tests to see they are getting all the schooling they require.
The jazz festival will be on the week Im there so Im going to try to see Stevie Wonder when he performs.

Have a safe trip on your way back to the Chocolate City ( AKA New Orleans) Sofar it sopossed to be a wash out again next weekend. I know this past weekend it rained all day saturday and sunday and they still rocked on. Give me a call when you get in town and I will get with my brother about setting a GTG.

Lynn. I would post on the other site I only say this because I and Tank are the the only Louisiana member here that I know of. My brother is the LA Chapter prez over there. It would kinda suck if we only 3 TB members for a GTG.

OK Bryan. I do not have your cell phone number because since I left you last month I have taken a trip to Vancouver to pick up a camera head. In doing so I lost my phone with your number in it somewhere in airports. LAX on the plane or in Vancouver airport. So it was never found. I slipped off my belt somehow.

What are you talking about Ryan. My GF dosen't tell me nothing. I am just unlucky enuff when a GTG is planed, I already have other stuff planed for that weekend that GTG was planed. 9 time out of 10 I am getting screw out of going to GTG
Lynn, Grenta is't to far from you maybe about 20 mins depending on traffic. It is on the other side the Mississippi River. You could either take St Charles of Jefferson hwy which is closer to you and head towards downtown you will see sign to the crescent city connection cross over and you are a couple mins from grenta. Got here fine. Plane 1 1 /2 hours late.
Yesterday I went to the Cirque Du Freak Set. Lot of strange looking people including Salma Hayek in a beard.
Went to the New Orleans Jazz Festival yesterday. Its huge with many band stands and tents with different kinds of music from Gospel to Jazz to rock.
A lot of people selling just about everything. There is a ton of African Art of all kind.
My daughter bought a chest made up of the pieces of torn down houses from Katrina. Slats and pieces of all colors put together to make up the patina of the exterior. Very interesting and very well built with rusted hardware latches and lock. Inside is very beautiful and well made. The price of this item? You really dont want to know. But astronomical could describe it.
Today Stevie Wonder will perform so were all excited for that. For anyone here in New Orleans that is coming to the Jazz Fest you can find us in the crowd by looking for a flag in the air. Our flag has a horses head on it. Come to see us.
