Here ya go:

285/45-22
Sidewall - 5.0 inches
Radius - 16.0 inches
Diameter - 32.1 inches
Circumference - 100.8 inches
Revs per mile - 628

Not sure that circumference is the measurement you want Lynn. Diameter (or height) would make more sense to me to make sure it's gonna fit the wheelwell.

Thats why I needed the circumference Tom. To see if it fits the wheel wells. Ill check it out now. Tire may be to big. I think I need a rubber band tire like Elvira. Problem is it makes a rough ride.

Then again Elvira is lowered and Big Bird is not. I wanted to keep the wheels stock on Big Bird but one is pitted really bad and they dont make them anymore.

Geeze how did you get all those figures, my brainiack friend?

OK did the diameter and radius and circumference checks. They fit the rears with room to spare. The fronts look like it needs 1 inch less as its going to rub the front bumper cover in a turn. The back side of the front wheel has plenty of room. Plus its going to raise the truck 1 1/2 inches and I dont want to do that. The only way 22s are going to work is to get tires with a little smaller sidewalls. Then it rides rough. Ill look into re-chroming the stock wheels that are bad. Its better to keep this truck stock.

Sorry HRL doesnt look like they will work.

Hey Lynn, are those wheels even going to bolt up on "The Bird"? They are a six bolt pattern on 135mm centers.

LOL I didnt even look at that Mark. LOL Nope I have 5 Lugs. Oh well it answered my question about 22s anyway. I guess thats why Ford only put 20s on it.
