I have a 2003 Silverado and I don't seem to get any power to my new tow harness. I plugged it into the outlet in the back, but the trailer lights (new) don't come on at all. Is there a fuse I need to add to the truck?

Yes under the hood on the drivers side in the fuse panel. There will be a little red plastic plug, replace that with i beleive a 20 amp fuse.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MINE ALSO ALL THE TRAILER WIRING DOES HAVE ITS OWN INDIVIDUAL FUSSES I DID NOT USE THE HARNESS SUPPLIED TO HOOK UP MY TRAILER BRAKES I WIRED THAT IN RIGHT OFF THE BATTERY IT SELF IT SEEMED TO BE EASIER TO SET UP THAN USING THAT HARNESS GOOD LUCK

Some of them also require wires to be hooked up under the hood. My neighbors 07 1500 did.
