Anyone have any idea at all where one might be able to find some decent slip covers for the seats in an 89 Toyota Landcruiser? It's a buddy of mine's and he doesn't want to break the bank, but he'd like something that fits well.

Check out the latest parts and accessories from Truck Hownd

The only place that come to mind is Katskins, I am sure they will be a little high, but quality would be better than anything else. Auto parts store usualy sell seat covers and also have a catalog on other style you can buy, He may find what he is looking for there.

We have Wet Okole in the Expedition. Black with blue centers. They looked great for the first few years, but cost $700 even with the 'I know somebody' discount when we got them. (We did all three rows of seats).

And, 5 years later, the blue parts on the front ones are very faded and they DO NOT tolerate sun exposure - we have whole sections of the blue part that have crumbled and peeled off the black backing.

For what they cost, I won't buy them again. They should have lasted longer. It's not like the truck has a million seat miles on it - it's only at about 80,000, and maybe only 2/3 of that was with these covers. Maybe less.

Wow, didn't know that. I would have expected more. What'd they say when you tried to warranty them?
