Need some help fallas.
This is the first vehicle I've owed that doesn't have a clear coat so my old show truck detailing days are useless.
It's an 88 Bronco with a 2 year old paint job that was done very well, like stock it doesn't have a clear coat.
This is my first winter up in Nothern California with the truck and during/after this winter I'm starting to see the wear on the hood. The paint hasn't really faded but more so dulled.
I tried my old techniques of polishing then waxing with Adam's and it's not working out like it used to on my show trucks :(
I'm looking for suggestion on products and techniques I should try.

Justin your most likely going to have to use a cutting compound.
This is probably the one I would use. Use it with the PC then follow with the same procedures you used on the clear coat vehicles. As for which pads to use head on over to http://www.detailcity.org/ and join up and ask these guys many of them are professional detailers and should be able to help even better than me.

Turtle Wax used to make a great paste wax (came in one of those short, wide cans... like 6 or 7 inches diameter, and 3 inches tall). It was called 'Cleaner Wax', and it included some polishing compound right in it.
Worked great on my parents' cars in the 70's and early 80's.
If they still have it, I would definitely try it.
For cheap and easy, you might also try 'Nu Finish'. From a wax product standpoint, the stuff is probably garbage. But from a 'quick - get my shine back' point of view... hell, that's what it was made for.
