| You know those engines weigh about 2000 pounds, right? You'd have to do some serious structural work to get the truck to not fall apart, let alone to get it to fit.
But that'd be sweet if you could pull it off. | |

Now i know it's not practical enough to squeeze a 9l into a truck. knew id have to make the engine compartment larger but completely forgot about weight problems. Could yo put leaf springs along with air bags in the front? I'm only 18 and still learning about cars (dont know why i said that) | |

| The World's Largest Truckstop (Walcott, IA Interstate 80) has a nice old Power Wagon on display. Even has a driveshaft driven winch.
Hmmm, sooo many options! I would have to have two trucks. 08 (we'll say because I don't like the number 9, and there's not oh ten lol) F550 with all the mods and options for superior control of those long heavy loads. And an 08 F250 or F350 4X4 lifted and locked with all the options. For a classic, a 78 (like those old bodies a lot when they have they top body trim) F250 4X4 lifted and locked, with a 460 bored out. Four speed and 410s or 411s, I can never remember which Fords are. Ok that's not a diesel, but it's a classic. You could put a diesel in it. In case it didn't pop into your mind, 79- is straight front axle  . I have and 84 F150 4X4 with a warner T4 trans, and it's a torquey hill climber! I also have an 83 F250 4X4 6.9L with a 4 speed and some really meaty 16.5" treads. I haven't done * with it offroad because I got my newer (88 lol) truck right after that one; but this spring I'm gonna take it out and have some fun! | |
