I have and early 99 7.3 with a six speed, may of 1999. what is the best set of mods for pullin/towing and all out power that wont grenade my 7.3?

I did AFE stage 2 intake, MBRP 5in exhaust, and Ts performance 6 position chip setting of stock, 50hp, 75hp, 100hp, 140hp and high idle. As far as gauges in my old truck I had the pillar gauges on this one I did the TS Performance MPD with heads up display for my information.

I also have an early 99 with a 6 speed. O yea if your going to pull get a better clutch I have a South bend 550hp clutch and love it. There's a few other guys out there that will say the same.

Don't do anything without first doing a set of gauges. You'll save yourself from a lot of headaches, trust me.

I completely agree with Mort before you put any programmer, chip or anything to turn up the power atleast get a pyrometer
