| | Been there done that. Luckily I've never had to use my own quarters. I'm usually pulling someone out so they pay for the wash and fuel and then unfortunatly I have to put the labor in it. | |

| Thanks for the favorable comments. To answer a few questions -
I had to wash it. Bummer! I put my water sprinkler under it and let it do most of the work. Neighbors got a kick out of that.
Camera would not have worked because it was 10 o'clock at night. Nice thought though.
Funny story to go with this - there was one point we bogged down in the build-up from the dozers and had to switch the dash over to 4-Low. We worked our way back and forth out. Afterwards when we were driving home my neice mentioned how nice it was that I didn't have to get out and switch the hubs for 4-Wheel Drive. Then it hit me - I installed Warn hubs last year. I really wasn't in 4-Wheel drive just by switching the dash. LOL
Oh well..... TA

| The Warn hubs are locking hubs to replace the automatic one's on your truck. They are virtually bullet proof.
The pair I have was given to me by a friend.
The install takes every bit of 30 minutes on each side. Real plug and play.

| I think you guys may be talking about the fourth photo. If so that is the stock grille behind the stainless add-onn. Look in the photo below that and you can see the stock grill pieces I am talking about. TA | |

| geezus FKN christ, way to dig up this thread from the Archives.
Who cares if that's a wire hanger or a piece of grass. Terry wouldn't afro-rig his grille on with a wire hanger, and seeing how he was just in the mud...oh wait, NINE months ago, it's probably a piece of grass.
You know, grass grows in dirt. Dirt turns to mud when you add water.
Now where in that equation does a wire hanger turn up. | |
