I have had Sirius for over 3 years, I love it. A year ago my reciever took a dive and they would not warranty it. It ended up being replaced for 50% off retail from Sirius. Last night, after I was rear ended, another story, my reciever was jarred from the holster and the power cord block inside the reciever came out still attatched to the cord. I was WTF, this ain't good folks. I just got off the phone with them, and they have floored me Truckblog.

Sirius offered to replace my reciever, sight unseen and send a new car kit, gift card for installation, and a new receiver at no cost. They even ate the shipping and expedited delivery to 3 days. I got a month free too just for being a customer. I gotta admit, I love my Sirius!

I second that...... I called to cancel my subscription, and they asked me if I'd want to keep it if they sent me a free sirius radio for my new jeep. I said sure. I got the new unti, PLUS a free install card from Car Toys. Absolutely no money out of pocket for me to keep my subscription going.

I have Sirius going on 3.5 years and have two recievers (Kenwood and Clarion), one is in the F150 the other in the workvan. No complaints here - other than XM has the damn NHL. Once the merger goes through (hopefully) I am golden with no complaints.

I've had 3 Sirius subs for a few years now.

I need some updated receivers though, maybe I'll give them a call...

That great. I wish I had the good customer service with them. That a long story, So I will not take up your time with a long and boring story. They will never get my money again. I'm going with XM next time I get sat radio.

I'm glad to hear it. I'll stick with XM, though. I like the programming much better (experience with both).
