This is the 4 piece from Garraige works, good quality and easy install, you do not have to cut out your factory grille to install.

Check out the latest parts and accessories from Truck Hownd

That is one of the few billet grill installs that I like.

Carriage Works makes a quality product.

Forgive my ignorance, but, isn't that a 5 piece kit?

They consider it a 3 piece kit, Top/Middle and the bottom. This was one of the easiest kits I have installed as well.

I posted it as a 4 piece, they consider it 3 .

Mine was a 2 piece. It is polished aluminum and a major PITA to keep it shiny. I sure wish they made one in stainless steel.

I hear you on keeping them clean, that grille looks sweet though, nice job. I had one on my 99 F150 and really liked it. Great looking truck there.

Looks great Mike. Dave and I are seriously looking at these trucks. The Great Pumpkin (orange and black HD) is giving us a lot of problems and we're getting sick of it. Out of the 3 months we've owned it, it's spent 6 weeks in the shop and still isn't right. Our other HD hasn't had one issue, but I'm thinking I'm done with Ford for a while.

Thanks Chris, I have 1200 miles on it now, we just got back from Carolina[Family Renuion] and it was a nice ride, ended up getting 19mph. I didn't buy the truck thinking I about gas mileage but it is nice to get has much as you can. The one thing it don't lack is power

It is a good looking truck and I apologize for the late reply. I just installed a Billet grille on my 06 Tundra. It looks great but at abt 50 mph it makes a low whistling noise that increases with the speed. Some how a wind chamber forms at that speed. Have you or anybody else reading this had that type problem when changing grilles? If so, what was your solution?
