I don't think many folks would be disappointed to see your Mrs. get more "exposure" here.

I'd depends on how much exposure you got.

As for the Disco's...what's it run for something like that back in your neck of the woods...and how did you find us?

I think that is Speed slang for Discovery. He is one of those who lives on the edge and doesn't have time for complete sentences and such. We forgive him that because he amuses us.

Welcome to DaBlog.

And conerning the "R" thing that is something you check when loading photos into your gallery that deserve that rating. It is sort of a self police policy. Looking forward to more photos.

Thanks, thought he ment discovery, they are popular with old gits and women and the old freelander is for hairdressers, most off roaders over here use series landys, 90's or range rovers, jeeps and japs.
will put some more pics up.
regards matrix

Yeah, I really like the D90's, but sometimes, a the "Discos" are nicer because it's got an enclosed cabin, A/C, and you know, all the hairdressor accessories in it...<AHHAHAHA>

Thanks to Texas Termin8er for clearing that up...=)

Yea i know were you are comming from, Mrs matrix drives a ford mondeo with AC and all the goodies, it's well comfie, warm, dry cool sounds, were my landy rains on the inside and if you want AC you open the window, but know one every cuts you up, cars pull over and let you past, she is awsome in the mud and snow and UK tax exempt.

Welcome aboard, that's a nice collection you've got there.

What makes it tax exempt? Because its older, or because its an offroader, or what?

Hi any UK regersted vehicle manufactured before mid 1973 is classed as Historic and qualifies for road tax exemption, my landy was regersted in jan 1973. This saves me £195 per year and the yearly mot is a basic one for historic vehicle's, no emisions test as long as she is not blowing to much smoke, no rot in the chassis, all electrics work, no rolling road for breaks, they take it for a drive with a swing gauge on the floor, she passes every time, it's so easy to keep her legal, that why i love the old girl.

Welcome to the blog! Nice Landy. I used to own a Discovery.

I really miss that truck.
I wish I could find me a Defender 90 myself I could afford.
