Not a chance, its bolted not only to the bed but the frame beneath. I also cut the bed out & inverted it so its flush mount.

How about a pic with out the tire? I would like to see how you mounted it. I have been thinking about that type mount for my truck.

Thanks, here you go, I cut the middle hump out & inverted the plate so the nuts down. This way its flush & if I carry something flat like wood it won't gouge out the wood:
