| LineX. Don't confuse thicker with better, in fact its quite the opposite. LineX is much harder than Rhino, so the Rhino has to be much thicker to withstand the same punishment. Plus, the Rhino peels a lot easier than LineX.
I've got a lot of experience with both, and my next truck will get a LineX.

Proper prep...is the key. Make sure you check out the article so you know how it is supposed to be done.
|
Would you suggest I call and ask about how they prep before spraying and see what he says?? I have read the article that you gave earlier so i'll base his responses against that.

| Yep, Line-X is the best I've seen.
A buddy of mine used Rhino in his 99 service truck (hauled 1600lbs+ axles in the back) and it didn't hold up too well....bunch of pieces got torn off.
He did the Line-X on his 03 and that held up much, much better, still looked great.
Had our 05 and 07 done in Line-X

| | If you live in Northern Illinois or Northwest Indiana try Carefree Coatings. It looks like Line-X & not as expensive - good quality product with a lot of colors! Check them out @ www.carefreecoatings.com. | |

| | The location you are from can really dictate what company puts out the best liner. The one thing that you have to be careful of is that you don't fall into the trap that a lot of people do and spring for the first thing that they see on tv. Make sure that it is a heated high pressure system and not a cold application. When you actually do the reasearch you will find that some companies just won't do what you want them to. Line-X is a little more brittle than others, Rhino doesn't have the texture that a lot of people like so. I would check out Arma Coatings if there is one near you! | |

| Arma, If you are going to toot your own horn and promote your business here you have to step it up a notch.
You need to learn from the previous Spammers who have come before you.
First, Do a blanket posting of a new topic in about six different forums - none really related to your product - to get our attention.
Second, Really pump up the need for your product in the text so we get curious. Tell us how your product reinvents the wheel in about 6 sentences or less.
Third, Post a link to your products website. We really like youtube videos more than anything else.
Fourth, Come back in a few days to see how well your campaign worked. We really feel used here when someone comes in posts and never calls back. You remember High School dating don't you?
Hope this helps. See Ya. TA

| LINE-X is NOT brittle, it has an elongation factor of 115%. That's far from being brittle!
LINE-X offers colors also. Speedliner is more like marine paint. It goes on with a brush, roller, or hopper gun. LINE-X uses a high pressure system for no runs or drips and has a very uniform texture.

| Easy there ChevyEater - this thread's like a year old now...
And as far as it being sprayed in the Pentagon - so what? Purchasing issues a PO, somebody goes there and does it. I used to be stationed there but that doesn't mean much either, does it?

| | I like Reflex Liners, I tried Rhino and it went gray really quick and went harder as it aged. The Reflex stuff seems to hold up better, its been over a year and still looks great! | |

| Ford will be offering a "tough bed" option for the 09 Superduty model.
" Ford is taking a page from Nissan's playbook by offering a factory-applied, spray-in bedliner for 09 Superduty pick-ups. Ford says it's Tough Bed" option is a "Military grade coating" that has been through testing to withstand blomb blasts. It has performed equal to or better than other protective coating systems at one-third the thickness. Developed by PPG, the bedliner comes with a full factory warranty and will be available this summer"
