now last week it was just the bubble on top and now it's streamed downwards and popped out the bottom....

Looks like a bad prep or primer job. You're paint is not sticking to the part. The clear coat is just holding it all together.

Probably rust bubbles. Looks like its permanent damage. You'd better take it out back and shoot it.

I think you need a complete new, custom paint job. Shave the door handles and badges while you're at it.

Could be the clear had a reaction to the paint and is not compatable.

moisture in clearcoat, high humidity when it was sprayed. Or bad clear.

Without sanding it completely and seeing where the problem ends, there's no way of saying exactly what it is.

I'd say you did a nice job with your heat gun, and after the full custom paint job, your insurance company will never be the wiser ;)
