Ok i have a guy i know who owns a 2003 Ford F350 King Ranch 4Doors with the Diesel and he is interested in getting an in cab adjustable air bag/load leveling setup for the rear to help him with a Slide In Bed camper as well as for towing a 26" Stiper Boat. He is also interested in some high end shocks all the way around. I suggested Bilsteins of course for the shocks, but maybe the adjustable in cab Rancho RS9000 would be better. I personally do not like Rancho shocks. So i need links and products for him please.

Sounds like he's not lifting his truck. So, you want something that rides well, and requires no service. So, that rules out race style emulsion shocks.

I'd go with Bilstein shocks, some 5100's valved for the SD's.

http://www.bilstein.com/mistore/ymm_productf.php?partnumber=&page=0&limit=10&compid=100484&YMM=&reorder=&sort=&dealer=&engine_id=&&brand_id=&year_model_id=&price_id=&category_id=&distributor_id=&model_id2=1099

Front:
part#: F4-BE5-2818-H0

Rear:
part#: F4-BE5-2819-H0

As for bags, Firestone Ride Rite's work the best:

Here's their home page:

They have their application guide here:

Oh and skip the Rancho's...they're garbage.
