I've had the Avalon for about 6-weeks now. Still in love with it. It's got about 4500 miles on it already.

I've tinted the windows, added the OEM spoiler (from the Touring Edition), OEM mudguards, Lojack tracking system and Ipod interface. There's not a lot of aftermarket goodies for this car - but then it comes with pretty much anything you can think of.

Got a stone chip on Friday morning. Now I have to replace the windshield already! Shit!

Whatcha think?

I worked at a Toyota dealership in high school (from 2000-2003) and always liked driving the Avalons. My boss had a loaded 2003 with a nice set of 18's, navigation/dvd, and all kinds of goodies....that was a damn nice car. There really weren’t too many differences between that and the Lexus GS300 (I think it was the GS). I haven’t seen any of the new ones up close, but they look like they just improved a little on the styling over the previous models.

Great looking car Tom. My next commuter car is going to be Toyota. I sat in a Matrix and it fit me just right. My wife drives a 4 Runner....we both just love to drive it. Go Toyota!

I've already done some Paint work to a new Avalon at work. I couldn't believe the amount of leg room in the back those things have. I also liked the rear seat recline. Nice Car.

They are a really nice car, but I just got to have my truck. I can't stand being that close to the ground.

I'm sure she understands. She has lived with you for how long? She knows you are infected with the "MOD Virus"

Would you believe that this coming Wednesday she will have been lashed to me for 34-years?

Even more amazing is the fact that, although the Avalon's been breathed upon, the Mustang is still pretty much stock! What's that all about?
