I have become the go-to guy at work to get things fixed, installed and well get prices for things. One of our younger troops has this Dodge.
Info on dodge,
2000 2500 and the only power mod to date is a EDGE Attitude system.
Well my buddy is country as you can get. The truck has the cat and muffler removed and then he went out and bought all the stuff to build his own stacks. That is where I come in. I cut the bed, and did the rest of the work with some help from from him. The piping off the motor is 3" and the rest is 5". They were a little wobbly so we bought some "L" brackets and mounted the stacks to the back of the bed. The stacks dont move at all.
I tried to get him to get a real kit, MBRP or something like that but like I said he's country!!!!

He is thinking of cutting them down but does not want to ruin the chrome on them. But it has this big 4" wide clamp so the chipped parts would be covered. Oh and jesse,
I think I know about piping,

Damn that looks sharp! Did you take enough pics for a how-to? That would be awesome. And yes, I know I've been lazy on your strobes how-to... that will be up within the next few days!

No but If you want to he has no problem taking it apart. He needs to fine adjust some things, and add some type of rubber gromet for the bed hole. Just let me know. Oh and Chris don't worry about the how-to. Finish the SEMA and other stuff first. I have waited this long I can wait a little bit longer.

The hardest part was cutting the hole. I first cut a 4" hole but my buddy was only able to get a 5" "Y". So he trimmed it up, needs some clean up but its not that bad. Chris you need part numbers for the how-to or just description of the parts we used.

Well the snow and ice that has begun to fall here at the base has killed any how-to photos but I might still try and get some photos of it.

Sure is Denny, that should be in the works here soon. It seems once a month he does a big mod. I hope he gets the bigger fuel pump this time and then we can work on the other engine mods. Intake, power elbow stuff like that.

Thats how all the kits are, plus to fit the 5" y there would not be enough room going from 3" to 5".
