I had those on a car about 10-12 years ago, while I was in Boise. They worked excellent! The hub that you have to leave on is slightly less than attractive, but for the ease they provide, it was well worth it!

I wonder how they hold up for those idiots that leave their chains on after all the snow has melted. I've seen that more than I care to think about recently.

Most people in need of those runs winter tires usually o a winter rim and dont worry bout chrome or polished rims.
