So does anyone have the Motorla 4.) Tools CD that they would be willing to send me? Or know of a way to get it for free? I have a few Razrs in the house now and would like to be able to use all it's features.

He doesn't have it. He can download it via torrent (like P2P, or a file sharing protocol). It's going to be a big file. You can also find it easily/download it yourself if you want with the torrent client of your choice (which I'm guessing you don't have a torrent client of choice).

That would be a correct assumption. I am clueless as to what it even is.
