Video of the event

Official word from Stillen on the car:

The vehicle in this video is a pre-production car with no VIN number that could never be registered or driven on public roads. None of the parts on the car, likewise, could ever be removed, sold, transferred or otherwise put into general use. The laws regulating such vehicles require the the car be crushed and proof of destruction must be presented to the manufacturer and the government. This car was due to be crushed, so we decided to make it a little more exciting than to just put it on a trailer never to be seen again. The law required that it be crushed, why not have some fun with it.

What do you find "interesting"? Just curious as there hasn't been a lot of feedback about this event.

You know where that truck would be completely impractical?

you mean this thing? it's pretty rad

The way they built the suspension on that truck is extremely interesting. I think they built it to climb towers

I think the truck is billy badass. So the bed is unusable for practical applications - it is clearly not a practical application truck!

I would love to see that thing offroad - desert or rock.

Looks like it articulates nicely.

Great coverage guys!

Hey, some useful feedback! Thanks... :)

Yeah, it's totally not street legal at all... no license plates, no bumpers. It's pretty sweet though. If you haven't seen the buildup, check out

Yes, it's very very interesting.

If it was in a contest, I would vote for it.
