One local guy I know bough a Ridgeline after years of F-150's and F-250's. He loves it and rants and raves about it.

I would at least consider it if I were in the market for another truck.

I'm not sure it can be called a true truck. From what I understand it has a unibody construction. But in retrospect what does it take to actually classify a vehicle as a truck? A bed? If so,I guess it is a truck. But I ramble.....

I have not heard anything bad about the vehicle and with Honda engineering and reliability, it does have a lot going for it.

What about the new tundra - I hear it can tow over 10,000 pounds.
Looks more like a truck than the ridgeline anyhow.

I'm thinkin I might go for the tundra down the road, I just feel bad leavin Chev behind and all.

Well if I had to choose between a Ridgeline and a Tundra, The Tundra wins hands down. Better looks. Better handling. More durable and rugged. Plus, it looks great lifted.

The Ridgeline isn't great as a truck per se, but it is good at doing what most trucks are asked to do, which is haul mostly air in the bed and the occasional trip to the hardware store to buy planter boxes or whatever. In that respect, its great.

I'd never be caught dead in a pickup truck with a transverse V6, but hey, whatever turns your crank.

My friend has one. Its good for those who want a car with the utility of a truck as far as the bed goes. The in bed trunk is cool. The ride is nice also, but as mentioned, with the unibody, its not really a truck.

You show me a truck that gets 22+ on the freeway and I will buy it.

It handles the slick snowy stuff so my Stangs can stay home.

WAY better quality then my 98 F150 that I paid $36K.
Sold the F150 in 2005 for $8K and need everything replaced. Total POS and no resale IMOP.

Sure I would love a F250 ($50K+) just can't afford that monster.

So it the best truck on the market for $28K period.

So, using that logic - the El Camino and Ranchero's don't qualify either?
